Winterize Your Meter

Winter is here, let’s get prepared. With the anticipation for possible freezing weather, MUD 12 ask that if your meter is mounted on your house, please wrap it from the top of the meter to the ground. An example is below.

Please take a few minutes and protect the meter and pipe going to your house. A freeze is bad enough without having water when things thaw out.
