  1. Drop-Off
  • Take advantage of the 24 hour locked Drop-Box located in front of the MUD Building. Drive through- drop in Brown Box- Next to U.S. Postal Box.
  1. Automatic Bank Draft
  • Have your bill automatically drafted from your bank account between the 15th and 18th of each month.
  • Sign up by filling out the Automatic Bank Draft Form. Return to office along with a voided check.
  1. Credit Card payments
  • Accepted either in person or by phone. A $2.50 convenience fee willl be charged for these services.

Our staff is here to help you with the following services:

  • Friendly MUD #12 office staff- we’re here to answer your questions in the areas of billing, water conservation, emergencies and information in general.
  • Courteous Field Personnel- trained to professionally handle repairs and maintenance, in the field-in every situation imaginable.

Some of our services include:

  • The operating of the water and wastewater facilities;
  • The reading of the water meters, billing and collection of water and sewer revenue;
  • The installation of water and sewer taps, inspection services;
  • The repair and maintenance of the water distribution and sewer collection systems;
  • The filing of applicable reports to the respective regulatory agencies; MUD #12 is currently accountable for over 1,400 meter connections which translates to more than 2,800 water customers who rely on us for an uninterrupted, dependable supply of quality, potable water. The District takes this responsibility seriously.
